All decks are made to order hence all sales are final. Wood, as a natural material, has inherent distinctions and variations in grain, pattern, texture, color, with each piece being unique. These natural variations are not flaws or defects; instead, they contribute to the unique beauty and richness of each of our products. While we strive for consistency, we cannot guarantee that each item will be identical to what is shown in images or previous orders. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and appreciate these natural variations and agree that they are not considered as defects or grounds for returns.
If there is a defect in the manufacturing process we will be happy to replace the product within 10 days of receipt of the product. Please notify us via email at info@maniccherry.com.
